About POSabilities
|
| |
POSabilities, is a collection of privately held Florida operating companies
with full service operations in the Tampa Bay area (Largo) and Fort Myers, and
a northern FL sales office in Tallahassee. We are customer service fanatics
that currently have either have the highest satisfaction rating (Aloha) or are
in the higher echelon (Retail Pro) of customer satisfaction as measured by our
respective software manufacturer partners.
In 2003 over 300 retail and restaurant merchants switched to POSabilities
service and support.
POSabilities is a single brand that means market leading innovative
software solutions operating on fast and reliable hardware (POS) and excellent
service from great people (abilities).
The RETAIL GROUP
The POSabilities Retail Services Group is the Authorized Retail Pro
Business Partner serving the retail markets of the Tampa Bay as well as
northern and central Florida (under 10 stores) and the greater state of Florida
or anywhere in North America (over 10 stores).
POSabilities is one of 30 companies in the United States to market, sell,
install, and support Retail Pro.
Over 25,000 retailers in 62 countries have successfully deployed the Retail Pro
solution in 14 languages since its introduction by Retail Technologies
International (RTI) in 1982.
For the very small business (VSB) and 'small and medium business' (SMB)
POSabilities markets, deploys, and supports QuickBooks POS by Intuit. As
one of the first QuickBooks POS Certified Professional Advisors,
POSabilities understands that this end-to-end, cash register to general
ledger, out of the box solution which was jointly developed by RTI and Intuit
is a breakthrough product of exceptional value.
The RETAIL GROUP markets, deploys, and supports the QuickBooks POS product
lines throughout Florida and the United States. POSabilities was one of a
handful of companies, we believe the first, to be appointed by Intuit to pilot
Intuit's Retail Solution Provider (RSP) program. POSabilities was chosen
for 4 primary reasons: 1) our experience with Retail Pro - the original code
base for QBPOS, 2) the experience of POSabilities executive management team
and our ability to add value to our supplier-partners, 3) our reputation for
being devoted fanatics to our customers, and 4) our plan to open sales and
service centers in multiple cities within the state of FL.
The RSP program was created by Intuit in recognition that many of the advanced
features of Version 3 of QBPOS; in particular the Pro and Multi-Store Pro
versions, create greater ROI for the end user when deployed by experienced
retail system integrators (vs. the self-install model).
The HOSPITALITY GROUP
Aloha Technologies, Ltd., the Bedford, Texas makers of the Aloha food service
and hospitality software, appointed POSabilities on April 15, 2003 to
service the Gulf of Mexico market extending south of Clark Road (Route 72) in
Sarasota County to Marco Island.
We are extremely proud of the accomplishments of our HOSPITALITY GROUP. Nearly
200 Aloha customer sites understand that POSabilities delivers outstanding
service and exceptional value.
Aloha's product line consists of the industry's most proven and reliable
Windows OS based applications. With over 25,000 clients in all facets of food
service - table service, fast food (QSR), theme parks, stadiums, corporate
cafeterias, and in operations of all sizes - from a single terminal
Baskin-Robbins to 500+ terminal Unversal Studios Orlando -Aloha and
POSabilities can be the perfect fit for your business.
SERVING THE SERVICE INDUSTRIES
In many ways, POSabilities operates a very simple business - taking care of
our customer. If you check out our values you'll find that subservience -
putting the customer first - is a key cornerstone of our company.
It's why we're here and what we do. |
