Respect
a. We will treat all people and their ideas with dignity.
b. We will treat all customers, fellow POSabilities associates, business
associates, and strangers with respect while on company business and/or while
in the company uniform.
Subservience
a. We will put the customer before self; at POSabilities we are subservient
to our customer.
b. We will put fellow POSabilities associates before self and seek to
understand the viewpoints of others before espousing our viewpoint.
c. The customer is the most critical part of the customer-associates-owner
trilogy.
d. The customer is mostly always right; the owner is the only one that gets to
tell a customer (s)he may be wrong.
